I called about a flat tire on my Volkswagen Beetle and spoke with Christopher, he said I could bring it right in and they would help me out. Keep in mind that it was close to 4 pm. I was greeted with a smile and to my amazement Christopher remembered my name! They took a look at the tire and said they were able to patch it up. In passing I mentioned something about the antifreeze reservoir and a possible slow leak that could be looked into at another time. He had the team in the back look at it and they even filled it up for me, all of this at NO CHARGE! I will definitely be using them for all my car needs in the future. I can't recommend them highly enough. Very satisfied customer!

I just stopped in to ask if they would install a battery I bought at Costco. The front office person was gracious and helpful - and the mechanic who switched in the new battery was efficient, friendly, and prompt. And did not charge for the service, no matter how much I insisted. This place is under new management and so close to my home that I can walk from and back to service appointments. They service and repair all makes of vehicles except for all-electric. I've been looking for a local mechanic for a long time and plan to use them for servicing my two Toyotas now that both are off warranty. Far less expensive and more convenient than the dealer.
